Wife,Mum,Nana,Great Nana You were the kindest person ever, always helping others nothing to much trouble. You never let your illness get you down, you stayed strong to the end. So happy we got to look after you at home till the end like you wanted. Thank you st Leonard's for helping look after our angel.

You have left a big hole in our hearts,we will never forget you and have our special memories that no one can take away. Love and miss you xxx
